Cranberry sauce

The perfect sauce for your turkey

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g fresh cranberries washed
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • 200 ml water

Method
 

  1. Add water and sugar to a small pot on medium heat.
  2. Add the cranberries and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to low heat (for me 3 out of 9), and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cranberries are soft and the sauce has thickend a bit.
