Hoffman pans
These are my favorite pans. I have had them for several years now. They are sturdy, non stick and just the best pans I have ever had. They don’t deform and keep the heat for a long time. You can even get them re-coated for a small fee, but so far this has not been necessary for mine.
I have several. A small and a large pan, a high-rimmed pan and a casserole pot.
